Product Change Manager (KR2832)
We are looking for a person who can:
Create an overall change management strategy, to include an actionable and targeted plans for communications, stakeholder management, training and change readiness, metrics, and evaluation aligned to migration timelines
Apply a structured change management approach and methodology
Drive the implementation of the program change strategy, co-create and manage the program change
Short term requirement around managing stakeholder expectations around short term changes
Create longer term stakeholder engagement and communications plan: Build a playbook
Build communication and training materials and ensure product specific elements are understood
Use data and evidence to track business and individual readiness, and change effectiveness
Ensure effectiveness of sponsors, influential supporters and equip change leaders to fulfil their roles effectively
You should have:
7 or more years of experience working in organisational transformation, with a focus on culture, change, and leadership effectiveness, in large, complex, multinational organisations
Strong consultative skills including project scoping, insight gathering, problem solving, strategy development, influencing, facilitation, intervention planning and excellent written and verbal communications
Demonstrated expertise in design, development & delivery of change management strategy, programming, and support
Demonstrated change management advisory experience with senior level stakeholders and Executives
Demonstrated experience and success at delivering cross functional programs and validated ability to influence without direct authority, taking ownership and driving results
Design thinking including human centred design, persona-based change, storytelling
